Homemade peach ice-cream

Its time to say goodbye to chilly winter and welcome warm and beautiful spring with the beautiful fruits and flowers all around the place. Thinking of a fruit , the first thing that strikes my mind is peach and ice-cream made out of peach stimulates my taste buds to the extent that i had to have it.So guys enjoy this mouthwatering recipe.The following recipe can also be enjoyed by people with diabetes by replacing sugar with any artificial sweetener .

Ingredients: 4 medium sized peach
2 cup half/half
1 cup cream
1/2 cup sugar/or 25 pouch of splenda
4 tablespoon peach preserves
2 drops vanilla extract.
Method:
Step 1:Take some peach halves.



Step 2:Broil them for 10 minutes.



Step 3:Let the Broiled peach cool down completely and mix it with
2cups half/half, 1cup cream, 1/2 cup sugar, 4 tbl spoon peach
preserves, 2 drops vanilla extract and again let this mixture cool
down in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour.

Step 4: After 1 hour take out the mixture from the fridg e and churn
the mix in an icecream maker.



Step 5: Churn the mixture till it gets thick,ice-cream like
consistency .(It might take 30 minutes depending on your ice-cream
maker)
